What is not included
- Legal and tax advice — that is the responsibility of licensed professionals in the destination country.
- Fees of the executing law firm, and government, notary and translation costs.
- Services on the ground in the destination country; our partners provide those and bill you directly.
- Obtaining your civil-status certificates and apostilles in your home country.
What prospective clients ask us most often
Do I have to choose a country in the end?
No. The consultation commits you to nothing further. Some of our clients conclude that they will stay put for now, or choose a country we do not work in ourselves. That is a legitimate outcome, not a failed engagement.
Are you a law firm?
No. IMMOGRATION ASSIST LTD advises and prepares. Legal steps — applications, representation before authorities, company formation — are carried out solely by licensed lawyers in the destination country, who bill you directly. We provide neither legal nor tax advice.
Why does the consultation cost anything at all?
Because it is meant to be independent. A free initial call is paid for by the referral that follows — and therefore reliably recommends whatever the provider sells. A fixed fee in advance is the only way we can also advise you against something.
Do I have to travel for the consultation?
No. The entire advisory and preparation phase happens while you are at home: by email, messenger and Zoom. Travel becomes relevant only once you have chosen a country and a programme.
What happens to my documents?
They are used solely to carry out this engagement. They are passed to partners in the destination country only after your express decision, and only to the extent required. They are deleted once the statutory retention periods have expired.
